Nicole Saldana

Nicole Saldana is a seasoned litigator who practices in state and federal court as well as before city, state and federal administrative agencies.  She is admitted to practice in New York, Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Nicole graduated from law school in 1995 and served as a Prosecuting Attorney in Hamilton County, Ohio, prosecuting cases in the juvenile, municipal and felony divisions.   After leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, Nicole was hired as a City Solicitor representing the City of Cincinnati in various lawsuits, including Section 1983 civil rights violations.  Nicole moved to New York City in 2004 and became Of Counsel at a national labor and employment law firm representing companies in employment related discrimination and disability matters.

Nicole’s passion for advancing the rights of children stems from her early career as an advocate for abused and neglected children. Nicole believes all children are capable of success with the right support.  Her goal as a special education attorney is to empower special needs families with knowledge to make informed educational decisions.

Nicole lives in Upper Manhattan with her husband and daughter.
